NBA Finals, World Cup, Stanley Cup……..What’s A Girl To Do?

June 13, 2014 By: eila1 Comment

sportsIn the world of sports, a lot is going on. It’s all around us. We are in the midst of the NBA finals, the World Cup is underway, the Stanley Cup is in action and let’s not forget baseball. As a girl who loves sports (by the way, basketball is my thing), I think it’s fun and exciting!

But, let’s take the fun and excitement up close and personal. What do I mean? Well, not every vacation encompasses laying on the beach and snapping pictures of famous sites. Sometimes, your travels may lead you to see monumental and historical moments. How cool would it be to see a NBA final game or a do or die game for the Stanley Cup…. “win or go home”

Or, better yet, you can have the best of both worlds. Go to France and see the “Mona Lisa” and watch the best tennis players in the world battle it out at the French Open or you can go to new country and do all the attractions and cheer for your favorite soccer team.

For all of you sport lover gals, start to add a little favor to your travel routine…..and start to do some sports travelling. Of course, I encourage you to get in front of the action and make plans to go to next year’s Superbowl, take a trip to NYC to see the U.S. open or you can do what I did and see a live bull fight in Spain (yes, it’s considered a sport.). Anyhow, it’s a great way to bring some more spice to your travel adventures.

As I encourage you, I’m going to take my own advice. And, I’m going to start planning to attend the next Summer Olympics in 2016. I love the Olympics and I also wanted to go. So, I’m going to jump on the opportunity. Why not? We only live once! What’s your favorite sport or what sport event are you dying to see live in person? Leave a comment and tell me your thoughts. I can’t wait to hear from you.

P.S. Here’s a little head start to see those sporting events….click here!

Hugs,
